Got this steering wheel with soldered/heatshrinked wires, a torn and taped up wire, and a broken tab on the clock spring. But its described as brand new. Filing a dispute with paypal.

Yes. Luckily I still had a couple weeks to do it. PayPal has ruled in favor of me and I just shipped the wheel today. If anyone sees an electronic v2 wheel coming out of Texas, tread with caution!

Yea and it's a little disappointing, dude is in the military and trying to pass shit like this as brand new. You would think someone putting their life on the line to protect us wouldn't be the same person trying to get one by real quick. Oh well. Paypal dealed with it since he wouldn't make it right.
