HPF exhaust fitted on an E90 335XI
Our customer Patrick Curtis brought us his E90 335XI to install our HPF FMIC along with our HPF exhaust. We have installed both of these and verified fitment on the E90 335XI succesfully and made a video of the results.

The exhaust was originally made for the E92 335i and comes with Titanium Tips, you can go for the "burnt" look or just straight titanium. We did a slight modification to the mid-section and shortened up the rear section and it fit like a glove. The intercooler needed to be fitted solely for additional support brackets due to the different front sub-frame on the Xi and our larger core. Let me know if you guys have any questions.
Features * A Staggering 40 lbs weight savings (OEM Exhaust = 75 lbs, HPF Exhaust = 35 lbs) * 100% USA 304 Stainless Steel 3.5" Exhaust * 3.5" Fully Adjustable Titanium Tips * Super strong stainless V-Band flanges For easy installation and adjustment along with leak free operation * Fully Polished * 100% Mandrel Bends * Flex Section * Rubber Isolated Mounts * Minimal exhaust movement due to triangular mounting method * Zero Droning * Aggressive Styling with Large 3.5" Tips * Exotic Exhaust Note Last edited by HPF Kirk; 07-28-2011 at 05:52 PM.. |

We also have intercoolers. We have separate Part Numbers for the 335Xi and i models right now so everything bolts on including our extra support brackets. The front sub-frame was different and we finally got one in to mock up what we needed. We can even Anodize them Black for the customers who don't want to show off the polished one. For those of you who already have a BOV Kit we also offer it for less if you need the standard IC couplers rather than the OEM connection one we offer. Every intercooler is hand inspected and pressure tested by HPF before shipping.
Features: * Over 87% more internal flow area than stock * High flow large radius cast end tanks for smooth, less turbulant air-flow * Factory style billet quick disconnect c-clip couplers * Fan shroud mounting retainers * Efficient bar and plate intercooler core design * No need for silicon couplers or hose clamps * Utilizes the factory O-ring compressor pipes * Utilizes the factory mounts and additional stainless lower brackets for added rigidity * 20.25" wide X 5.75" tall X 7" deep * 815 cubic inches of cooling (factory is 435 cubic inches) * Designed for up to 650rwhp or 30psi |

You gotta have more $ than brains to pay $2k for that even if it included Dps it's still insane.
I haven't heard it in real driving, but the exhaist note did not impress me in this vid. Sounds stock. |

I will try and get you guys a video/sound clip of the exhaust in the car while on the road. And the reason why the price is still so high is that each one is hand built and we are not out-sourcing overseas. We are working on finding a new supplier right now and will be able to drop the cost signifigantly here in the next month or two as long as everything pans out. I will update you guys with a better/newer video hopefully by the end of next week.

They don't. A SS mandrel bent pipe is a SS mandrel bent pipe.
