Using BimmerCode to disable sos warning
Just installed an aftermarket radio on a 2011 e92. Looking for the file and code to disable the sos message on the dash using BimmerCode code. I found the them for an e60(below) , but the file is not there for an e92.
Instrument cluster Export mode 3001 CC_ID_Sperre CC_AKTIVIERUNG_5 Custome value Byte 5 Change value from FF to F7 I don’t have file 3001. Does anyone know the file and code to change? Thanks |

You can try this in KOMBI module:
TCM_ALIVE_MONITOR -> nicht_activ TCM_ID_MONITOR -> nicht_activ If that doesn't work, you need VO coding, which BimmerCode cannot do. This requires a laptop, BMW standard tools, and a K+DCAN cable. You add +TELD to VO and default code TCU, KOMBI, and either CAPPL, CIC, or RAD2 (just the first two modules are needed in your case). If this is too much trouble, I can setup up the programs and do this remotely as well, just send me a PM. Best of luck. - Michael |
