Complete physical alarm for E90 vehicles. Includes the three main components: Siren with mounting plate & bracket, hood switch with bracket, the interior sensor that goes in your dome light, all the screws, nuts, and bolts required. This is plug and play for any car that is pre-wired. Do you have a clown nose light on your rear view mirror? If so, you're pre-wired! If you're not sure, you can check your vehicle on Bimmer.work to see if it is pre-wired (Code 5GA), but the physical check is to look for the clown nose light, and also look to see if you have the plug on the left side of your engine cowl/interior air filter area. If yes and yes, you are good to go!

$100 includes shipping in US. Paypal preferred, you cover the charges. Easiest upgrade you can make for your E90. You'll also need to enable the alarm by adding to your vehicle order, which is very easy with Protool or similar app.

Easy coding for the alarm, just need Protool or similar:

1. Add +K302 to FA
2. Write to CAS and FRM
3. Default code CAS, CAPPL, DWAI, DWAS and KOMBI

Does 5GA option for the pre wiring come on all US specced E90s? I don't see it on bimmerwork for my VIN.

I think all pre LCI cars came pre-wired, but not all LCI ones.

On your options list it should say:
5GA
Prep. Anti-theft Alarm System
Alarmanlagenvorbereitung

But also check if you have the clown nose blinker under your rear view mirror, and then look if you have the wiring plug on your left side right in front of of the brake reservoir cover. It might be on the fender metal as well. If you have those two things, you are pre-wired regardless of what options are listed on a VIN decoder.

Still FS, super easy upgrade for any pre-wired E90. $100 gets it to your door!

Soooo... I got a used alarm from the LKQ for both my cars, didn't need to code it at all. It just worked with no issues. I'm assuming because the alarm module was already coded on a car before I didn't have to do anything.

I can confirm the interior sensor and impact sensor work just fine.

Anyway buyer may not even have to code their car at all, just install and they are in business.

Words of wisdom there! I wonder if there are some secondary functions that are only unlocked with coding?
