Dynavin N6 Navigation Sound Issue

I have a 2009 e90 328i, base system, recently installed dynavin n6 and love it... also updated a few weeks ago to the latest software version and i'm having a weird issue with the navigation sound. Whenever i start the navigation master volume is always maximum, i can change individual volume levels but exiting / starting navigation always resets master volume to max! What's even more weird is if i mute the master volume and exit / reopen it stays muted. Anyone have this issue? Its not a huge deal but definitely annoying when i get my ears blown off evertime i start navigation

Its intentional, you are supposed to leave that at max, adjust the individual sounds as you like, and then use the volume knob to adjust the overall nav volume. Turn the volume knob while the nav is talking and you will see what I mean.

Jeff...all my sources volume output are to loud. I lower them all down to -7 but still seem to loud especially the radio. Is there a master volume to adjust? Or is it just like that. I dont think i can adjust the volume knob 3/4 of max limit without blowing up the speakers.

There is no other volume to adjust.

Some OEM amps seem to work better/worse than others.

Im working on having Dynavin integrate a level switch into the E9X software like the E46 and E39 units have to make the volume levels/range better in cars like yours.
