[RESOLVED] '08 328IX SULEV with multiple error codes, now it no longer starts

I bought this car a week ago and it ran without the service engine light for around 50 miles.
Recently started noticing engine vibration while driving at low speeds until this morning
When it refused to start. These are the codes I got when getting my emissions done:

P0016 - Crankshaft Position
P0340 - Camshaft Position Sensor A circuit
P0365 - Camshaft Position Sensor B circuit
P0491 - Secondary Air Injection System
P13B4

Where should I begin my journey of diagnosing/troubleshooting these problems?
Any ideas what problems these combination of codes are likely to indicate?

Thanks in advance for any support

Make/model: 2008 BMW 328IX SULEV
Miles: 113,000

So based off of some research that I've done into these codes, the common denominator is the Camshaft sensor. More specifically the Camshaft Position Sensor and Camshaft Exhaust Side Sensor. Before making any changes I'll check/clean the VANOS solenoid.

I'll also need to buy a BMW scanner tool to get more descriptive diagnostics. Seems like a worthwhile investment. Stand by..

Will the Secondary Air Injection System issue be covered under the 15 year 150,000 mile SULEV warranty?

I just looked into it and it looks like the car was first registered and sold in New Jersey, which was one of the qualifying states for the warranty. Is this something that can be redeemed at any BMW dealer and do I need any sort of documentation in addition to the title/registration to qualify? I'm also not the original owner, but that shouldn't matter according to this thread:

I'll get in touch with one of the dealers here over the phone before driving over there.. It should be covered, because this is the N51 engine..

Looks like the Camshaft intake and Exhaust are both covered under the 150k/15yr warranty on p.18:

So after speaking with my local dealer and BMW North America it looks like the warranty IS valid, even if the car isn't currently in one of the SULEV states (as long as it was originally sold and registered in one of them). There's a list of parts that's covered which I linked previously. The only thing I'm liable for is the 120 diagnostic fee.

I'm taking the car in on Friday, the 13th.. Will update with results for these codes and coverage.

Update:

Car was serviced at BMW Murray Utah and only exhaust Camshaft sensor was replaced. Service engine light has been gone now for a few days.

Price of service including diagnostics: $0.00
SULEV warranty covered everything. I did have to point them to where the warranty info was located, but I got a brand new factory part replaced by professionals at no charge.

Remaining issues:
Although the service engine light is off, I can still feel a slight vibration coming from the engine at low RPMs(in the 1000-2500 range) and at low speeds. This issue is remedied by accelerating faster and by driving in sport mode (although the vibration is there, but to a lesser extent). Any ideas what this might be?

It almost feels like the car is 'choking' on something.
