New Rear Brakes and Rotors -- New Rear Shocks -- New Battery

I am the second owner and went all the way to Chicago to pick this one up because it was a rare combination of Coupe, Manual, AWD, and SGM. Non-smoker - the interior still looks great, the leather is in very good condition, but there is a broken fold-out cup holder. One of the tires has a bubble and should be replaced. It is not void of scratches, but the Sparkling Graphite Metallic still looks deep and gets a lot of compliments.

I am near Dayton, Ohio.
