no this is just an axle back and involves cutting the stock pipe and fitting them in place of the existing mufflers... also, I think you'll have to customize this to make it fit the E90... this is E92 version

Yes,it's bolt on and will fit E90. Just need to cut your stock exhaust. I recommend you take the car to the muffler shop. It's around $30-$50.
