I ordered a set over 3 weeks ago.
Still havnt recieved tracking details. And alex is not replying to any of my emails or pm.

Also the link to his product is dead. So i dont know whats going on!!

these things are bright..i pulled into one of the parking lots and i saw the side of my reflection with the lights on they just look so crazy

so far nothing has happened..and cops wont pull you over unless your angel eyes are red or something don't worry about it its bright as Audis LED's but even brighter depending on how the outside(sunny, foggy)

Well one of my ballasts went faulty.
Had it replaced under warranty.
Still waiting on my deposit refund and now my other ballast gone.

Not happy at the moment and Alex is not replying to any of my PM's

Its a bit frustrating having to wait this long and now i have to swap my lights over as i cant drive with only one angel eye on.

Also noticed the replacement ballast made that side a little less bright.
Is this normal?

I wouldn't as it looks funny but who says you can't?

from my experience, the HIDs get brighter as you use them, so if it's a new one, it will prly take some time to get brighter.

no the hid bulbs are same,
Only one ballast replaced.
From slimeline to a fat style ballast.

Same here. My luck ran out.

my AE started having problem from the after the install (since last year fall). Finally he agrees to ship me a ballast about more than a month ago and I'm still waiting.

I've been emailing him and got nothing. Then I reply to one of his "sells pitch" thread. He deletes that thread, pm's me back, then I got happy and email him. And you know what, I guess I got ignore again.
