Navteq 2007.1 back up disc

Just received a copy of the 2007.1 version and idrive experience some difficulty when I started the car in nav mode, it stuck on the nav mode and keep asking please insert a DVD for nav, is any one have the same problem ?

The copy is burn in DVD-R version.

Yes, I've had that happen. I've even had it be working fine with a mapped route and then it all of a sudden stop and acts like no disc is in the system. I would eject it and re-insert numerous times before it would read it again. My service center felt it was a software issue. I just got Progmann v24 yesterday so I will see if it happens again under this version.
