No worries! It's the BMW Performance Exhaust.

Yea I'm not 100% sure on just the muffler itself, but I know the full BMW PE has a bit higher dB then the scorpion since it deletes the resonator. No annoying drone on my set up, but I'm now curious to hear how it without the scorpion resonator.
I have heard a scorpion muffler on a Ford Focus ST; sounded great (more of a euro/American muscle blend) never asked about drone though. Yea I don't think they'll import more, just because of the additional work needed to fit on U.S. models. That's why it was on a discount.....the only other way is buying overseas or if someone doesn't want their exhaust anymore.

^ That'll take extra effort for a muffler shop to install as it's not remotely bolt-on for an E9X.

Yea that's definitely not the exhaust unless the picture "isn't of actual exhaust."
Man I'm missing my E92 though. Anyone do a dyno on the scorpion?
