Help! clutch died, 3000 miles from home

Hi everyone in the Baltimore area, I am from the Bayarea CA, drove here for visiting friends. My clutch gave out when I started driving the car through the storm this morning (I think). The car was moving along just fine for 1/2 mile, then all of a sudden, gas pedal would not accelate at all, in any gear.

Does anyone know a good shop to have this looked at? I am in the Balitmore, Catonsville area. Thanks in advance.

Wish I could help, but I am new to the area. If it is a clutch and you need one, I have a BRAND NEW Spec 2+ for the OEM Flywheel. It still in the box from Spec, and I am thinking of getting rid of it to get a twin disk. Good luck though!

there are two very good choices near you.

Luther Flemming of Flemmings Automotive or Adam (Clem) who are both forum members and will do the install as well as a dealer or indy shop for less money.

Luther's shop is in Crofton, Md and Adams shop is Howard County Maryland.

Look them up on this forum or PM me and I can give their contact info.

yeah, that or the fact that he was driving it around in the snow this morning!!! I hope it's at least an Xi?!?!?!?!?

I would never take my 335 out in what I saw this morning....

The trip from CA was fun, it was one of the many things to do on my bucket list. I was actually driving normal this morning, testing out my snow tires. Didn't even turn off DCS. So not sure how the heck this happened. Never had any issues with the clutch slipping either.
