I never found myself wringing out 4th on stock turbos, but on these units it really doesn't take that much to get up there on private roads

It takes a dip at high rpms, but its still within the limits according to my tuner. It has misfired just once up there, but it was attributed to improper mixing of fuels (I still had 93 left when going from e40 to full e85).

I'm super happy with this setup and its a blast to drive as a daily.

What are you not happy with? The tune? Response time? Any logs?

Each time i contact them with generally at least 2 questions, usually short and sweet. I kid you not, every single time I always get maybe half an answer, and this has happened probably at least 50 times. I continue to offer to pay for his help, but i get the feeling I am a burden, yet I have paid for every tune they offer and ask questions pertaining to the tune he keeps adjusting. I would be contacting them considerably less if they would just answer my damn questions the first time. lol.
To make matters worse I now have a fueling problem because my HPFP took a dump. After my guys installed the new HPFP the system was overfueling so it led my techs to believe that Wedge was slowly compensating for the progressive fueling issue by increasing the pressure over time. Anyway, back to the drawing board. For the time being my sleeper that walks away from Hellcats cant outrun someone in a foot race. lol

I can see how not getting answer to questions can be frustrating. I know generally they are super busy and I’m guessing their main priority is to update your tune until your car is running correctly. They may not answer questions because they know what to do after seeing logs.

So you’re waiting for an update to your last tune?

2 questions each time times 50 ! You dont think that is excessive ?

Imagine you having 500 customers and you get 100 questions a month from 500 of them

You do the math

I did not use Wedge because he told me to contact him through one of the boards when I was looking for a tuner and then he never responded again to me... I think every tuner though over the years has gone through a period of ridiculously slow response time though.

I have a name for it. I call it the the Directv Syndrome. It's where the newest customers get the greatest deals and all of the attention. The existing customers get zero compensation for being a long time customer and abysmal support when it's needed.

wedge is there to tune your car, not answer every single question you have.

Whenever I contact wedge I feel like response and turn around time is pretty damn quick. Maybe that's just me..

If your paying a tuner to tune your car, he better be answering your car/tune questions. Every car is unique. The point of having a custom tune vs. and ots tune is getting that individual attention that you are paying for. Your logic works for ots tunes, but not customized tunes.

what?

You pay him for his tuning service not to ask questions about everything.

Sure ask questions about the tune, let him know how the tune is and give feedback so he can make adjustments where needed but other than that he isn't here to entertain you.

At what point did he say he was asking him about anything that wasn't tune related??????

Well it’s not clear what he is asking. But what is clear is he hasn’t answered what he is not happy with about his TUNE. Help us understand what you are not happy with. Right now it sounds like you are complaining for no reason.

I have been running the Helix 3x overdrive for a year now with the support bracket and billet vacuum cover. I haven't had any issues and hpfp is still holding good pressure even on full e85 with upgraded turbos. The only gripe I have with the overdrive is the occasional rattle when stopped at a stoplight. It seems like the hpfp pressures start to randomly rise up during idle which causes the rattling and then it goes away when I apply some throttle.
