PAYPAL DISPUTES with TRENDIX

I'm really confuse with this Paypal thinggy. At first we lodged in a dispute with Paypal for the reimbursement then after the investigation Paypal conclude the case in our favour however Paypal cannot refund us the money due to the reason that the seller have no fund in thier account. Okay, story end !

The next step then we could do is to lodge in a charge-back with our credit card. The credit card will then ask Paypal to refund the money. In most case if the transaction is legitimate then most likely Paypal will refund you the money.

Can we see the problem here guys !!!!!! First we lodged in the dispute with paypal and paypal refuse to refund us the money. But then later credit-card take thier action request paypal for charge-back then we get our refund back.

Why would Paypal decline us in the first place. The reason is simple:

1. We get no support at the back. How many of you guys actually will hire a Lawyer to sue paypal ? I guess None.

2. Paypal get most of their business from the credit-card company such as Amex, MasterCard, Visa...... Without these credit-card company support there would simply no paypal.

I think that is the reason why ! I think this is so unfair for our friend that using thier paypal balance or link bank account to pay for the items.

i think paypal pays out of its own pocket...when the credit card company comes knocking (shieet you like that alliteration)... anyways we've already discussed this to death...

I used my PP balance on the GB for the splitters so no refund for me. If luderule/Kai is in fact Trendix I plan to pursue this further one way or the other.
