A local dealership put holes in my seats...

Hey guys,

So my warranty is expiring on my late model build 2013 335 6mt.

I'm pretty tight with my SA, so he was helping me get a bunch of things done before my warranty expires in a couple of days...

When I got my car back, i noticed they put deep dent marks in my seat from resting the armrest when they took it apart.

I brought it up (in a kind way) to my SA and he said his leather guy will "smooth" the seat out by doing some "heating and stretching" when the car is brought in next week for the final part to arrive.

Like I said, I'm tight with my SA and I don't want to complain too much or go crazy, but I really want my car fixed.

Is this an easy fix? Or is there even a fix? It seems like my seats are doomed to have those indents there forever.

Steaming sometimes gets out marks like that. Sometimes not.

I've done the same thing to mine and I just used a heat gun on med heat and smoothed it out.

Get a hair dryer and heat it all up
