It's obvious that he's avoiding this thread.
Respect just went out the window. The gloves are off.
You mentioned to another member that you do not respond to posts with threats. It seems you do not respond at all. My means of communication extend far beyond the internet. You have been warned!

I'm in this thing for the $400 deposit as well. Good luck with paypal, they will do absolutley nothing to return your money if bavdom has pulled the money out of the paypal account and there is not enough in the paypal account to give your money back. How much do you want to bet the $ were pulled out of there as soon as they landed?

I am hoping we get delivery by the end of this month. If not, I will want my money back.

Im thinking since my paypal acct is linked to my amex, I will be able to get amex to reverse the charge. They're pretty good at refunding money and investigating the chargeback on their own..

By the way, its actually easy to get your money back regardless of whether he has money in his account or not. Paypal will pay you back, then it'll be between Paypal and Bavdom.

So so glad I forgot about that intake thread.

Just FYI,

if you paid the money using your amex via paypal, you should be not worried at all. Paypal is totally useless in settling these fraudulent transactions, but AMEX is very good in these sort of matters.

I personally have asked AMEX to investigate a fraud case, and I received my $6000 back eventhough the original seller went missing.

Information UPDATE. PAYPAL is useless. I just spent the last half with a resolution specialists. Their policy states that after 45 days following a transaction they will not reverse any charges. However, if multiple people file multiple claims then PAYPAL may re-open and decide to reverse charges after 180 days. I have Am/Ex and wished I had used it. Paypal actually has a link that states "why is paypal better than credit cards? ". Answer, it isn't.

I have as well as all the members have been patient.
Were the hell are you. Enough is enough. I don't care where you are you need to respond. Simply put, refund my deposit or I will flame you until the day I die. You won't be able to sell anything on this forum or any other. Every resolution you have follows the same process. You wait till the customer is so angry they cannot see strait. You claim a few customers make it their mission to destroy a company and you act so polite and passive aggressive you make me want to vomit. The only reason customers become like this is secondary to the shit you are pulling right now. You are a wolf in sheep's clothing and all buyers should stay clear of all products on any forum from this company.

You all should make a point PM the admins of this forum as well. They will at least try to help sort this out and they need to take some responsibility on ethical conduct of this company. I think thye should have stepped in a while back. There should be no more GB to fund a new project unless the vendor has proven track record and 100% resolution on disputes.

After all this is nothing new with bavy, he plays by his own set of rules, where he cannot be threatened, accused, or criticized. I am a quiet observer, but I have seen members ask for refunds on deposits and sub par quality, yet their requests they fall on deaf ears. You shouldn't have to beg for a refund, or for a terrible paint job to be corrected, it shouldn't take months for something to be resolved. This isn't a one time thing with bavy, this is a trend that has been played out many times.

You may say that the E90post is not responsible, but I see it different, in my mind its almost a partnership. To a new or naive member they may see the vendor as a safe and reputable choice that they can trust. Little do they know that is not the case. Sure vendors and their customers will always have a dispute, but this is a pattern of deception with bavy. Much like when members are reprimanded and banned, so should vendors. It shouldn't go as far as the Trendix debacle, it should be nipped in the ass long before it gets to that point. Stealing money from members on this board is much easier then robbing a bank, you don't need a gun, merely a few hundred dollars for a sponsorship and a mouthful of broken promises... Who knows, maybe I'm just emotional.
Thank you for making me feel like I am not insane. I see so many people who are dishonest and have a SEVERELY SKEWED SENSE OF RIGHT AND WRONG! Yet, like you mentioned, when a customer reacts we are seen as irate or not good for the forum. I see you are somewhat new as well and if you can already get a sense of Bavdom's practices then it must be down right blatantly obvious.

just a word of advice... when paying with paypal, use a linked credit card. as said, paypal is not very good at resolving issues. if paypal fails, then you can fall back on your credit card company.

wow 400 deposits...how many people are we talking about that have paid...This group buy thing before an item is in production is getting very scary...From whta i have seen, i will never sign up for a group buy until the item is already produced...I feel badly for those of you who are in this group buy, and I hope it resolves itself....But doesn't E90 have the vendors information...They should be able to check out whats going on...I mean this is major fraud here if it is true.

Ok guys, I'm back in the country. Had a little problem being a standby passenger for american airlines. I'll get everything fixed ASAP, I just takled to my boss and BavDom hasn't opened yet, but at least I'll open all the threads again. I haven't quite read this entire thread so sorry if i haven't answered any questions. Just trying to show you I haven't gone anywhere

As far as the OP, remember that the GB thread states that once we have commenced production we don't issue refunds. Pm me if you have any qusetions.
