Double emblem: HELP

my oem emblem has pretty bad scratch on it, so i just purchased cf emblem from JBSPEED

i've heard that having double emblem on steering wheel can be very dangerous. true?

i don't understand how it can be dangerous.

NEED HELP.

If/when the airbag deploys the overlayed emblem is going to come right at you, so I wouldn't recommend it.

From everything I've heard, the steering wheel emblem is not removable. Which I believe, because it would be a safety hazard if it had the ability to separate from the air bag cover, which is why people dont recommend putting an emblem on top of it in the first place. Safety first.
