how to intalls fog and angel lights??

I am trying to find out how to install the fog lights for a e90 lci with mtech bumper and also the angel lights but I can not find a DIY...please help me!!

bump...

i have to replace my driver's side fog since it's cracked. i could use a m-tech bumper diy, unless it's pretty much the same as the lci bumper diy?
