Audio upgrade wiring please help

Ive searched hours on these forums im still confused on what to do, i have the base system with underseat subs, no tweeter and front and rear 4” mids. I am planning to install a boot subwoofer and some audison ap4ke in doors. I also have a eonon head unit already installed in my car. So i can run the rca from the headunit to an amp but i dont know how to splice into speakers in the doors. The door speakers and underseats are run in parallel i believe so i can’t just find the speaker wire at the head unit harness as it would be better to run underseats and door speakers separately right? I see a lot of talk about technic harness but im in the uk and i dont mind messing with factory harness just need to know what to mess with.

So i want to know where to tap into door speakers and underseats separately i will leave the rears connected to head unit.

Underseats will only be used for mid bass what rms can they be ran at?
