bmwexec + rit: nice pics

The sky looks awesome in those shots. I liked the one bmwexec took of both Arctics leading through the mountains, nice shot! Actually there are too many nice shots so no sense in listing them.

But, as the caption read on bmwexec's gallery, this is the shot that got us in trouble with security:

Oh well, I'm sure you still managed to have a good drive but your Arctic would've made us even with the 3 black 335i's

And bmwexec wouldn't be the only 330i

Sorry Jeff, I wish I had, but I didn't get my camera out in time. I wish I had a video of Kyle afterwards - he was cracking me up when he was trying to stick the little bits of rubber back on your tire. LOL!

I think the only thing that we should have done that we didnt do was getting more pics of the cars in motion, or videos from a standing position.

Im still not sure if that was rubber or asphalt that was on my rear bumper.

Thanks. As an after thought, I would've loved to get some pics of the curves on the Dragon itself. I know Molly mentioned that there may be a professional photographer taking pictures of us running the dragon. Did you guys hear if that ever happened?

I take lots of pictures. I ended up with just over 250 from Saturday alone. Couldn't take any pictures or video on The Dragon though. It was way too intense to hold a camera then. Had to keep both hands firmly on the wheel. I'm sure you could have though with your active steering.

Yeah, LOL. That was really funny. He was grabbing the little bits of rubber on his bumper from the burnout and trying to fuse them back onto the tire.

Man, even as a passenger it was hard to think of taking pictures! For those of you that never rode the Dragon as a passenger, try it out "next time" - it's a totally different feeling when you're not the one driving. My bro jokingly kept saying that I was working my abs out because I was holding my breath and being tense when he was driving... then when I drove and he was the passenger, he understood what I was going through

Pics uploading to Picasa web right now (trying that out for the first time, nice idea of going through Picasa and having it optimize the image size instead of me wasting time in PhotoShop - even though I have a batch script setup).

I have a few videos of us before the Dragon area, and one of bmwexec doing a fly by ... have to figure out where to post those... YouTube probably.

Did you get a chance to wash your car today? I didn't yet. I'm going to do it tomorrow for sure though. I did however spend 15 minutes last night right when I got home washing off the bugs on the front bumper and headlights.

Have you taken a look at your bumper for rock dents? I've got a bunch now. How about you? They're not noticable standing up but if you crouch down you can see quite a few of them.
