New car

Came off driving a 987 boxster for 5 years before deciding it was time to trade in
Wanted a forced induction car and came across the 335i which I had no idea at the time had such modding potential or such a great local community

Pics 1-5 from carsales advert
Pic 6 - Got the keys and took the first pic

Mods part 1
Pretty broke after shelling out for the car so mods started small
Upgraded angle eyes to get rid of the brown stock look
Also purchased some black kidney grills from Ady (thanks mate) to replace the chrome stock grills. When fitted the front mesh looked odd, so got out some metal paint and blacked them out

Pics 1 Black kidney grills
Pic 2 -3 Before and after (including blacked out front mesh)

Pics 4 - 5 New BMR angel eyes
Pics 6 - 7 Before and after fitting

Looking better already

Fossil spotted a set of lowering springs for sale on Gumtree and was nice enough to let me know.... $200 bucks later and the car got a nice new stance

Decided to get a set of custom plates and Lankin plate brackets (original owner just drilled straight through the rego plates and into the car body )

Add 10mm spacers all round, you'll be happy with the stance and won't worry about new wheels lol

Was thinking of replacing the style 230 rims and getting rims with the right offset to avoid spacers altogether,, otherwise might end up like this guy

I think I remember your car on Carsales! I was looking around the same time but I wanted a M-Sport.
