power loss N53B30

I am the proud owner of a 2011 E90 325i. About a year ago I had the intake swapped with an 330i intake and it got tuned. so the car is up to 330i specs now.

Since a while I have the next default codes:

· 30DA: 0x30DA nitric oxide sensor, signal

· 2AAF: 0x2AAF fuel pomp, plausibility.

Everywhere on the internet I read that I don’t have to worry about the 2AAF code. But is it possible that the 30DA code makes my car make all his power?

If it’s possible, I want to solve these problems by myself, because everything is so expensive these days here in the Netherlands. But if it’s serious, or too complicated for a simple electrician like me :P, I will make an appointment with my BMW-specialist to fix these problems.

Have you cleared the codes? The 2AFF may be historic. Have you got evidence of the HPFP being replaced?

30DA should be cleared with a replacement NOX sensor and registering a new sensor using ISTA or INPA.

I have cleared the codes, they came back after an longer drive.
Is there a way to check if the HPFP as been replaced?

Not other than taking the manifold off and having a look at the part number on it. If you do decide to do that and post a picture I can tell you. However it is a bit of an awkward job to do.
