Injecting 6F FSC Code into CIC questions?

Hello Everyone-

I coded my 2012 CIC to have Satellite Radio Show up. Now I need to inject my 6F FSC Code to get my ESN number to give to SirusXM to transfer my account over.

For those that have done it does this look like the correct instructions?

If so anyone know where an active version of FSTools is? Have found a few links that are years old so trying to find the latest working.

I was able to finally get my 006F Cert uploaded and my ESN number now shows up. Went to add a subscription and had a year free!

Thanks to shawnsheridan for his hookups for FSC Codes and advice.
