Ok ok I know... "just search". I did but I'm trying to get clarity, I have an 07 328i with adaptive headlights. I've acquired a lazy eye due to some moisture. I've been contemplating replacing the headlights anyhow with some blackhousing/aftermarket lights anyhow, so what I'd like to know is can I get a set of those that are non adaptive and make them work? I know with coding (I've already coded them out to clear the warning light) it's all good, but I saw somewhere that there is going to be some wiring to configure to make this "downgrade"? Is this true and if so what exactly am I in for?

Or..
if I take the driver side adaptive module (because I think that's what went bad on the PS) and swap it and code the adaptive back on would it straighten it out (if that's the issue) and then code them back out when it's straight?
