speaker adaptor???

Just about to buy some after market speaker and got the speaker mount so I can fit the after market speaker when I pick them but was lookin for a speaker connection cable adaptor so I do not have to cut the cable???

And any suggestions on speakers not looking at spending a bomb but would good sound

There are many three way kits now the are drop in's
Jehnert , mbquart , Focal , Diamond audio , Helix Gladen.
The best door speakers are probably Morels and they are
the only one of the above mentioned that require adapters.
None of them are dirt cheap I think the range is 500 to 1k but they
are quality and they are matched.
