E46 rear subframe mount repair shop

Hey, I recently noticed my E46 has the floor part where the subframe mounts to the body cracking. This is supposedly a common issue with these cars.

I would like to see if there are any shops down here in South Florida that have experience rewelding the cracks and putting in reinforcement plates. Of course this is budget dependent as if it costs too much it might not be worth fixing at all.. thanks in advance
