dpf or catalytic converter

I was looking through real oem at the exhaust system and it gives 2 options for my car 2008 330d with the M57D30TÜ2 engine. One option is a dpf the 2nd has a cat in place of the dpf. It shows no cat in the main system.
How can I find out which mine has fitted?

You should have a cat and dpf for this year car.
It is an all in one unit with the cat occupying a quarter of the box and dpf the remaining.
