CIC How to program used unit ??????

My CIC is rebooting or not starting up replaced hard drive still same problem, im going to order used unit from ebay but will need some help with programing / coding and making nav working.
i have icom and all the cables just need some instructions and directions how to do it if anyone can help, Thanks,,,

Did you try with no hard drive installed?

If not do that first.

If you have ICOM next a+b you can skip the Tool32 section, as you can write your VIN with comfort mode UIF write setting enabled in WinKFP during the CIC update (CIC needs to be latest version .C1A so it can be patched)

yes i tried no luck this thing is pain in the ass as im not good with programing need big brain hahah
