19x8.5 +35 squared on e90 pre lci sedan?

Found some wheels I'm interested in, didnt really want to go 19 but I do like them. They're as stated 19x8.5 +35 and they have 235/40/19 continental compacts on them. It's a square set up. Any thoughts on this fitment on my 07 328i?

Tires are way way too big to fit.

Wheels are pretty much stock sizing for the sport package cars in the rear, fronts are a common easy fitting aftermarket width/offset for the front.

Should fit no problem. Won't look the best though. Rather see a 19x9 with 245 or 255s all the way around. ET35 with 235's is pretty conservative.
