Looking for a set of 19" rims & tires (GTA)

Hi guys,

Anywhere I can get a set of nice 19" rims with tires for my e92 335?

I don't want to order it online. Any local stores you guys know of?

Thanks,
Suki

You can try Automotive Import Market in Markham (Steeles & Denison) but they are pretty pricey. What I'd recommend is that you email Chris or Jeff at Tirewerkes and ask for a quote. They are based in KW and deliver to the GTA no probs.

Thanks man!

Did you guys try that out yet?

I don't really want to order it online and imported into Canada. Import tax would be 14% only if it's manufactured within North America, if not, higher import tax rate!! All I'm worried about is if there's some damage or problem during the shipping, it would be pain in the ass!!!

Thanks,
Suki

I ordered my CSLs and Kumho SPTs (as well as my Yoko winters) from Tirewerkes... great prices and great service, I can recommend them without question.

A.I.M. is on Denison (#400) just east of Woodbine. Ask for Adam or Phil. Say Simeon (Sim-ian) sent you. And, no I don't work for them, but have bought wheels and many tires from them.

If I order rims from other sources (i.e., OEM BMW rims, or third party), do shops such as Tirewerkes mind if I bring in the rims and buy the tires from them?

I would then have the shop mount my own rims and put their tires on it?

that is akin to you driving your car in with old tires and getting them to replace your tires with new ones purchased from them.

i don't see that being a problem.. actually, i think it saves them the hassle of having to unmount old tires.

yeah, I hate Steeles east of 404. The roads tehre are just horrible and I have to DRIVE THERE EVERY WEEK to see my gf

considering that Markham is GTA high tech capital, im surprised how bad the condition is.
