29e0 29e1 codes on N52 motor

Hey all, just looking for some help here for these two codes 29e0 and 29e1. Recently replaced valve cover gasket on X5 with the N52 engine. Had a couple of misfires afterwards which i cleared up by reseating coil packs. These two codes are now present and make the car run rough during takeoff (700-1500 rpm). Car is 100% stock and 93octane is used. I'm going to clear the codes today and drive it, just wondering what the issue could be.

Also not sure if this is related, the plastic nipple in this picture (near cyl 5 and 6) broke off when I was pulling the coilpack out. Could this be related, or is it okay to have it vent? It was not sealed when it broke.

Sealed up the broken nipple, and replaced the eccentric shaft sensor gasket, both were allowing unmetered air to get in. Since doing this it has been running well with no return of the original codes
