Turbos not working!

What are the chances of both turbos quit working at the same time? I have no boost at all and oil temp gauge is at 160 the coolest temp. Soon as I cranked car this morning the eng malf light came on and some some came out the tail pipes. Now no boost. Just had intercooler put on sat. any thoughts??

Thanks Guys

Do you have a scan tool? Would be good to verify you're getting the 30FF code (underboost). Most likely related to your new intercooler install. There are two clip fittings on the intercooler, one left and one right. Double check both seem seated. If still no smoking gun, check this link for building a test rig and do a boost leak test: http://www.n54tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=13114
