I’m having most difficult time trying to figure out what happened to my navigation.

Current situation

1. Android HU can see GPS signal (from shark fin directly, shark fin thru splitter, new aftermarket GPS antenna, new GPS antenna with splitter). Basically it will always find.

2. CIC headunit regardless of GPS (shark fin, aftermarket, no/with splitter).

I will just get same issue.

But at same time the Android shows 12 satellites and error of 1.2M

I am totally lost on what would cause this. I know it’s not antenna issue. Because I tried all the possible combo- the Android unit will work but not the CIC.

Perhaps I need to upgrade the software on CIC? Or reflash it?
