when you book for an appointment for services...
do you contact BMW service ctr directly..
or do you contact your SA to book an appointment? normally I never call my SA... I just call directly to BMW service ctr and make appointments myself... just curious.. |

just call the dealer of your choice and ask for the service dept.

I just book it online through BMW Toronto's website with my time preferences and requested service. I also ask for pricing if necessary.
They always contact me within a day to confirm. Check your dealer's site to see if they have something similar. |

If you like to deal with someone specifically, call your SA. Otherwise, they'll just get whoever is there to take care of your car.
