alright... enough ppl ask about how to get to fog light...

basically you need to remove 4 8mm hex screw... 3 on the fender wall... 1 below....

and kinda force the fender wall to open.. i did get few minor scratch my the back of my hand...

Will these work? Someone said HID bulbs might melt something, are these HID or just super white lights like the MTEC ones?

The fogs were quite hard to get into, had to take off some screws on the bottom of the bumper to give my hands more room and not have to pry the fender open

cosmo blue is different one, i think its more expensive too $28 vs $45, daytime pics will come soon!

Doesn't changing the fogs to white defeat the purpose? I always thought the color of fogs were yellow because of the refraction properties of that frequency of light.

LOL... if you really want to use your fog light for Fog... you should change the bulb to real fog bulb...

Fog are best seen through yellow.. not the color of the regular bulb.. they are way to dimm for anything...

Try this for fog...

The angel eyes look awesome!

This may be a stupid question but do the Mtec H8 White lights run any hotter than the OEM bulbs? I know they are both 35W, just wondering if the color had any effect on the temp they run.

Very nice--look much better than the yellow. Question though--have you seen a difference at night in the way people flash/don't flash their lights when going the opposite direction? I get a decent amount of that with my Xenons, and just wondered if you had seen a lot more of it since getting the brighter angel eyes?

I think I will still do this--just curious, that's all. Thanks again for all of the helpful tips!

In the daytime pics they don't even look like they are lit...
I think this might be an issue if they are not producing enough light in the daytime...

Oh and just a quick question.
I was looking at an auction on Ebay for Cosmic Blue Mtec H8 and i know we need the bulbs to be 35watts...
But the description says : CONSUMING 35W --> PRODUCING 65W
Is that ok???
And lastly they are 4750k is that ok as well?
I thought the higher the Kelvin the bluer/whiter the bulbs are...???

correct... they are no as visible as yellow... but they are visible by eyes.. its harder to capture it on film with my limited knowledge of camera.

now.. the Mtec bulb is the one i uses.. no problem at all... Use 35w.. produce 65w.. thats how they advertise it. COsmo blue might be more visible then super white.. I read somewhere that they are really bluish... so don't know if you going to get in trouble for that... Pass certain point on the chart.. it will become ... white..blue.. kinda purple.. bhe dimmer it gets...

I am going to experiment with a 8500K H8 bulb.. (waiting for it to arrive)
