Good morning guys, hope everyone is having a wonderful morning. Today I'm posting for a friend.
Car:E90 N54 6spd. Mods: FOB/IC/DP/DCI/Fuel Pump/Custom Cat Back Exhaust. Tune: MHD V8 Beta Stage 2 E30. He accidently chose Stage 2 instesd of Stage 2+. Here is the log. https://datazap.me/u/2012-335is/rods...22-23-24-25-31 In my humble opinion, the log looks very good. I am however, a little confused about the stft (short term fuel trims). I've noticed the stft splits < one in the + and the other in the - . I've read that they should follow eachother in each direction, around + or - 10% Thanks in advance guys ^5 - It's almost Friday!!! Update: Here is a V8 Beta Stage 2+ E30. https://datazap.me/u/2012-335is/rods...og=0&data=3-23 Happy Fridays guys! Last edited by logic vs emotion; 08-24-2018 at 07:56 AM.. |

Looks ok, may be a small boost leak. Timing Corrections after shift. Fuel bank 2 may be leaky.

Hi guys, recently had my 2012 135 custom tuned (~stage 2+) running a wagner IC and high flow downpipe.
I had it dyno'd at a local mechanic who recons the tune was pretty average, with only 10 psi of boost. But I had feeling they were just trying to sell me something I don't need...and the logs seem to back up that belief. https://datazap.me/u/alderidge Hoping a more experienced member can offer some insite to how my car is running / performing. Much appreciated. |

Hello All, I'm new here and just bought a 2007 335xi 6MT. I just posted a similar post in another thread, but not sure if it was the correct place at the time.
I have the MHD tuner which I flashed to Stage 1 (was running 2 when I bought it) and everything seems great except for one thing. Regularly I'll do a 3rd gear pull and at about the 5,000rpm spot it looses all power like I'm hitting a limiter. If I let back off the throttle everything is back to normal. This situation does not happen in 1st or 2nd. I took a couple logs and it shows the throttle body closing and then about 2/3 a second later you can see me lift off the gas pedal. Any idea what that might be? Possibly reset the throttle sensor? I don't think I'm over boosting. Other things look good to me, but I'm def. amateur. It wasn't doing that when I drove it home on the stage 2 tune after purchase. Any hints would be helpful. The first large hump in the data is the event I am talking about, right about time 805. here is a link to the log. 3rd gear pull, dsc completely off. the log shows torque limit kicking in??? https://datazap.me/u/woodex-me/3rd-g...og=0&data=3-21 |

11 N55 with 91 ACN Stage 1. Looks like I’m not hitting target boost. I just reflashed the car with the newest MHD update. Not sure where to start... I would appreciate any pointers!

1st, let me say, I'm not an expert.
I took at look at it and .... there were 2 gears used in this log. The 1st pull, I'm assuming it's in 3rd or 4th gear... looks very bgood. The 2nd part of the log, the next gear...had timing corrections on all cylinders across the pull, which leads me to believe that you may need more octane in the fuel that you're using. Additionaly, your IAT are pretty high. Boots is hitting and holding target WGDC never reached 60% = good. LPFP never dips below 50 psi. Rail Pressure never dipped below 1500psi. AFR = 11-12:1 = Good. STFT1/2 are less than +/- 10% IAT = 63C = 145.5F = Seems like you still have the factory intercooler or it was 105 degrees outside when you took the log. -r0nn!3 |

09 335xi Currently have FBO 7"IC stage 2 LPFP running jb4 map 7 with E85 BEF using e60. I've heard map 7 should target 20psi but im only targeting 17.5. is there somewhere I should be setting the offset from e40 its showing to e60? thanks |
