FRM module issues?

I had my FRM module repaired by a specialty place about a year ago after it shorted out when trying to get my car started. My battery was low and needed to be replaced. Frying the FRM module was not a fun way to find out a new battery is needed. Anyway, since getting it all working again I noticed my car won’t let me reset any of the service notifications after a service is performed. I changed my oil but it won’t reset the oil service indicator. Is that a problem within the FRM module? Or is it something else?

Should have nothing to do with the FRM.
