Trouble with electrical problem

Need help. This electrical problem seemed to come out of nowhere. Was originally k-can related, but has now lead to other failures. Any ideas on how to figure out what's wrong without paying a shop an arm and a leg?

Just take it to an auto parts store, they have testers. It puts a load on the battery, to see how the battery performs. Just taking a voltage reading doesn't tell you much.
