Help!!! speakers no sound

I have an 07 e92 with logic 7 and the speakers stopped working all the sudden. The CD and changer is playing. The navi/screen is working but no sound at all. No door chime even without safety belt .

What could be the cause?
Is there a fuse for the logic 7 amp?

help

Did you have a bluetooth phone connected? I had the same issue several months ago, all the sound came back the next day, but I brought it in under warranty to have it checked out anyway and they said having an unsupported phone can cause that (and wanted to charge me because of it...). I believe if there's any fault within the MOST system, the system shuts off, turning off audio, bluetooth, etc.

I think I did a reset of some sort and it all just worked the next morning...hope you get it figured out.

i can't bear with it anymore and sent it to the dealer yesterday. The Service advisor rang me today told me that ulf or tcu are faulty.
WTF!! it costs about usd1000 each to replace.

he said something wrong with the bluetooth connection but i have never even tried using this feature for phone pairing or calling since i got the car.

i went over quickly and suggest to him that why not just disactivate this phone bluetooth instead of buying the 'tcu and ulf 'thing he mentioned. But they are about to close and will try disactivating the bluetooth feature tomorrow.

he said is it just a try and no guarantee success.

well, i am thinking right now, may be that's not the right way to resolve this even if it works .

Shall i be asking to show me the test report or something to confirm faulty unit? or any suggestion from you guys i shall get him to perform?

Thanks guys

For that much money, you could get a new head unit, new speakers, and a new amp.

That's the trouble with dealers: they don't repair things, they just replace them.
