New Wheels and Tires Help
Hey gang,
2011 328 Xdrive - currently on sqaure 17" 225/45's. Got some style 118 wheels from a 6 series that I like the look of and am planning on going 225/40/18. My one wrinkle is that they'd need at minimum 20mm spacers to get back to 'normal' and I'm thinking that 20mm + another 5mm at the rear end. My question is: how goofy is 25mm of spacer going to look/how safe is having a 25mm lump of aluminum between the hub and the wheel? Anyone else have something similar? Thanks! |

What's the offset for the 118?
I'm currently running 18 x 8 eta 34 with 225/40/18 and 25mm spacers in the rear. With the extended lug bolts, no problem at all. Stays torqued even after 500 miles so far. No wiggle or vibration. |

If you have 25mm's in the rear, that would place them pretty much where Style 118's would sit naturally on the e90's hub - do you have any fender rub concerns? |
