Buying a 328i xdrive

Hey guys first time on buying a new car and have been doing some research on a 2013 BMW 328i xDrive Sedan. The car is priced at 37,000 with 12,000 miles on it. It has the cold weather package and premium package. Just wanted to see if this is a good price for the package and miles and you can negotiate down with a car like this.

That's a F30. Should retail for 38.7 according to NADA.
