335i problem.

Hey guys as we all know I have a msport 335i. I have had most major things replaced. Well I have another problem again. I'm not sure what it is now BMW have replaced the Ecu with a new one. The car with the old Ecu wasn't unlocking or anything the car would be dead. Well that's the problem with it now after we have replaced the Ecu with another one. What I think the problem is are the wires because they get very hot. We have noticed that the car gets stuck when it is a h to day. Please reply if you think you noe what the problem is. This is urgent please reply.

Can you describe the fault more clearly? Wasn't unlocking or anything, what do you mean by anything? Car is dead? So you can't unlock the car, can you use the key to open the doors? Once open and got into the car, were you able to insert the key and get your ignition on? If not, can you at least get your radio on? If you can get ignition on, can you start it? Etc, etc... Need more info for a diagnoses man. It's a 335i, is it a sedan (E90), coupe (E92), convertible(E93) or touring(E91)? It's hard enough for a diagnoses just over the forum. More relevant info would make it easier.

Does any of the light come on when you insert the key?
Do you have to jump start it or does it just start the next day?
