Big Motoring World, Independent Used BMW Cars for Sale in West Malling, Kent, Reviews

Fantastic thread.

When looking for an e91 we did go to big motoring world (secondhand bmw specialist). Phoned first to make sure cars we were interested in were there, had a hire car for the weekend partly because of this - ready to purchase. Got there to be greeted by perhaps one of the most dismissive slimy human beings i've ever encountered (and i'm probably BMWs main demographic). Car i'd phoned earlier about had actually been sold several days before. Was not allowed to test drive the car (despite being told i would be able to) and Mr Slimy graciously allowed me to sit in a car to help my purchasing decision. Needless to say we bought a car the next day 200 miles away in birmingham, rather than the 20 miles away of big motoring world (second hand bmw specialist).

They really managed to push the boundaries of the stereotypical car sales outfit. I did think i was on a jeremy beadle show at one point and expected the hidden cameras to be revealed.

sound to be like Big Motoring world have bad customer service, poor customer service, bad reputation, lots of complaints and aren't a pleasure to deal with. Big Motoring world. Bad customer service it seems. Terrible.

Hopefully they will either change or go out of business.

I have spoken to them on 2 occasions, both times they just tried to fob me off onto a completely different car, after pressing them as to whether the car I really wanted to see was going to be there, as it is a 5 hour round trip, it turned out that it had already been sold.

Big Motoring World couldn't give a crap, just another car supermarket that will be gone in another 5 years or so, it is repeat business that keeps you going and they just won't get it.

hi, im new here and id just like to say that i have previously bought 5 to 10 cars with big motoring world and i have not had problems what so ever. Their cars are outstanding, customer service is top notch, their deals are pleasing and well....of course im talking a load of s**t because i came here to join in as i was once 'close' to buying but the good ol people on internet forums saved me time and hassle

i hope i got some of you got excited
