Clean 335i Wanted
Hi All
I'm new to this forum and I'm very keen to buy a E92 335i in either, Sparkling Grey or Sapphire Black with black leather or if there's one out there black with grey leather floating on black lower interior trim. Sub 40,000 milage, auto or dct, sunroof ideally with hi end stereo. Please advise if idrive if wise for diagnostics, feel it takes away somewhat from aesthetics with a view to keep the car I find for many years. Also, dct? How would this be with a view to remap and performance exhaust. My plan will be to remap, upgrade brakes, performance and less pertrousive exhaust alongside some subtle, again very subtle; cosmetic mods. I would be very grateful if you'd all help me refine and promote my search; helping me find the most suitable car and raise to potential sellers awareness of my search. You didn't specify what bodytype you want saloon, touring, coupe, convertible?
Anyways, this one came to mind: http://www.pistonheads.com/classifie...--2007/3071660 And I know it's been for sale since I bought mine, about 2 months at least.. So you could probably haggle a bit |

Thanks Fez, I have seen this already and it is very presentable and sold too. Certainly stood out when scrolling through. I should probably ask whats best; autotrader, pistonheads or ebay? pistonheads is annoying to navigate. Usually take a look on breaks at work from phone
I think I'd like to buy private based on prices Sorry, I want a coupe. Yoro35i - Who does? I was searching for a V8 M3 sub 20k milage a few weeks ago so I think I'm closer to earth now. I don't fancy another fiesta Yes, I think so....what would be a realistic price for this sort of car? |

Are you making the point it will be easy to find a low mileage example or difficult? What do you think would be a good price for a well kept low mileage 09? |

Sub 30k
Jeez you'll be lucky. Mileage isn't everything. Low miles generally mean short journeys (not great for an engine) or infrequent use. Id be a bit more realistic and look sub 50k 👍🏻 |

Just to add to this, it doesn't necessarily mean a low mileage car only does short journeys, possibly only used on weekends. Mines a 2007 and just turned 39k so they are out there you just need to keep looking

Thanks Jase, I have adjusted to 40k. I plan to own for some time and think slow and steady mileage is what I'll hope to fine.

Thanks Somerset Jim, I don't think convertible is for me. The second one you posted is very nice, actually one of my favourites for sale now. Wish is was auto.

Hi bimmaguy, I've seen it on autotrader too. Looks great too, manual again.
Seems manuals are in ready supply at the moment, most that fit anyway seem manual. |
