My alarm went dead help pleaseeeee

My 2004 325xi alarm work intermittently in the past. But now ot die for good I cant open or lock my door with the remote. The one thing I can visible see wrong is the alarm indicator light below the interior rear view mirror does not come on or blink at all. Please someone help

BTW I already took it to the dealer to reprogram my key fob and that didnt work. I also tried to reset by reading the online reset guide and nothing
