He was thrilled he made it to 2nd, though he said it was extremely tough to get there.

Kimi totally hit him on purpose. Took a play out of Rosberg's book. lol Just watch the post race interview prior to the trophy ceremony. He was talking as if he was nervous. The replay was pretty obvious. He could have taken the line Bottas did, but he kept the car straight as Hamilton gave him the room. Hence, 10 second penalty.

Hamilton's run back to 2nd was not impressive at all. Two overly long safety cars made that easy on a track with 15 DRS zones in the car with the most straight line speed. LOL

The accident between Ham and Rai was totally a racing incident and that sometimes happens. He knows it as he's caused quite a few in his career.

Some of you Hamilton fans need to look back at all of his past "avoidable" contacts he has had with NO penalty whatsoever. It's just great racing and the moves of a legend, right?

As much as I can respect Hamilton for his ability to throw down a great lap, I can not respect him at all as a fellow racer. He is the typical "bitch" where anything that happens to him is a conspiracy and anything that happens to his fellow competitors is a " that's racing mate" thing. He has always been in one of the best, if not the best cars. He should be winning..

*Hear the frustration* (team-radio) from MAX while his Red Bull had brake-by-wire issues..

There is no way Kimi hit him on purpose.
The idea that an F1 car launching from start, maneuvering for position, can strategically bump another car out, without destroying his own car, is silly.

The ferraris have a proven track record of excellent launches (like Vettel did).
Once the Mercs get behind, they suffer in the turbulence.

The ten second penalty was over kill, and inconsistent with previous identical incidents. It was “because you hit Hamilton at home” penalty.

Not to mention that hitting the relatively sturdy back of a car, with the fragile front of your car, would not be the desired modus operandi for taking out an opponent.

It also appears to me that Kimi was almost even with HAM before the collision. Shouldn't Lewis have seen him?

Damn.. Vettel took offf..

According to Nico Rosberg, and his "insider information" Ferrari now has more horsepower than Mercedes. Something about Ferrari recharging its batteries more efficiently and getting more power out of them. So they found more power on the electric side.

and why tf would Ferrari have Kimi take out Ham on the first corner? Possibly ending Kimis race without even knowing if Vettel is going to finish the race, risking a possible double dnf. Last corner of last lap, Id be suspecious, first corner of first lap.. theres absolutely no way.

And it seems logical that this will happen more often when you consistently start at the front of the grid and also consistently have the worst starts of the front of the grid. If their start performance matched their qualifying performance they probably wouldn't suffer from these "interesting tactics" as often.

Also, the conspirators fail to note that Kimi avoided collision with both Mercs at the start when Bottas blocked him from passing the slow moving Hamilton. He could've taken both out, and Vettel would've been clear of the whole incident.
