Mmmm can't wait for the full results. Is this similar to what JPsimon is doing or are they completely different turbos?

JP has done a similar upgrade to what I did in Stage 1. He has got good results from his project so far

My turbos have gone to a much more advanced stage, with upgrades to the exhaust turbine assembly as well. As such, it's the ultimate turbo upgrade using OEM housings.

Thanks for your testing efforts !
Three days?! More like almost one month of just development work!!!

But yes, almost there now and the second phase of testing can begin! Nurburgring trip is Easter weekend, so not long!

1 month of development work is nothing in the bigger scheme of things to get a product to perform well...thx e92fan for your great work on this...of course it's another issue if one's own car is the guineapig...a month can feel like forever......but i look forward to the final outcome

What time do you predict to run at the ring? Do you have any times of when you were stock to compare? Damn I wish I lived near that town!

Last summer, I was running 7m58s bridge-to-gantry times. That was a remapped car with full Stage 3 mods, racing brakes, but standard turbos and on regular road tires.

When I went to do the Stage 1 turbo upgrade testing in November, it was too wet and greasy to set ultra quick times.

I should be significantly quicker than 7m58s BTG, but the limiting factor will be the tires. The first load of testing I'll be doing on the Stage 2 components will be this Easter weekend, but I'll still run road tyres as the weather is likely to be a bit damp and the tarmac a bit greasy. I'm going again in May, and hopefully it will be a lot warmer with plenty of sun, and at that point I'll do a fast lap test on Cup tires to see how quick the car is.
