MDS Lux 5.0 vs Predator ICE Angel Eye Upgrades
Which one is better? Can someone offer reviews on either! Difficulty of installation....warranty....brightness....price... ..error codes....etc.
Looking for a little extra light in my life.

FWIW, i installed the Lux 5.0 recently, took about 45 min total, and was pretty straight forward. i love them, mostly in regards to brightness and color match to the OEM hid. no errors. and MDS rocks!

Installation time is the same, and there are no error codes for either. Predator ICE are much cheaper than LUX 5.0, but I have no doubts that the 5.0's are much brighter. There hasn't been any side by side comparisons yet, but I'm sure someone will get around to posting pictures of some soon enough.
If I were in your shoes and you had the funds, get the 5.0s. If you're on a budget then the ICE is probably your best route, unless you can save to get the 5.0s! My 5.0s are insanely bright, and the color matches the oem xenons quite well. I have no regrets whatsoever of getting the 5.0s.

Predator ICE FTW! At almost half the price, you cant really argue with that. I wasnt on a budget when I got them, just couldnt justify spending $245 on LUX 5.0's. Havn't seen them side by side yet (I'm sure the LUX are a decent bit brighter) But personally, I think the Predator ICE are plenty bright, match the stock HID's perfectly, and I'm glad that I got them!

I have the Predator Ice and i love them i love the clarity it gives on my headlights.it is bright enough to show you the round part of the headlights but not bright enough for the light to go elsewhere in the headlights

If you are looking for brightness then LUX 5.0. I have not seen Predator myself so i can not comment directly - but there is No comparison i brightness. LUX always used the newest LED's ( these LED's hit the market 1-2 months ago at the most), and will continue to be the brightest product on the market as long as I make them, hands down.

Angel eyes or fog?
Angel eyes is Predator ICE, 6000K I think. And the fogs are Mtec - Cosmos Blue halogen 4750K.

I am not sure is Predator ICE is 6000K. They match to closely to the 4750k fogs to be that color. IMO.... Regardless, they match perfectly...

Plus, with the LUX 5.0, not the older ones, you can SEE it clearly in the daytime. I get compliments all the time.
I drive with the LUX 5.0 all the time! LUX 5.0 FTMFW!!! Trust me, if you see these in person and in the daytime, you will know EXACTLY what I'm talking about.
