The OEM wheel thread, new and old post them here * NO REPLICAS PLEASE*

*I'm restarting this thread here as I think it makes more sense in the picture threads *

While searching for my new wheels I looked for pictures of an E92 with 18 inches OEM Style 42 but I could not find any an E9x with these wheels , but I did see some nice cars out there with some interesting OEM rims

This is why I tough why not make a thread where we will have all the OEM wheels new and old not just the current ones as future reference for those of us wanting an OEM look ,

The only rule is that the wheels have to be OEM not replicas

Here’s a few

17 inch Style 5 from E39 17x8 ET20 all around

19 inch Style 75 from X5 19 X 9 ET28 Front and 19 X 10 ET20 (with front and back spacers)

18 Style 71 18 X 8 ET20 Front and 18 X 9 ET24 Rear
(thanks ECS)
Second picture is with 20mm spacers front and back

I know you meant Style 71 - those just may be my next wheels if I can get them. Last time I checked on the ECS site they weren't there anymore...

Edit: The more I look at those 75s though the more interesting they get. I'm not sure if I like them on a 3er or not but I think they'd look a lot better if the tires weren't stretched like the are in the pic. I don't like that look - the wheel itself sticking out beyond the face of the tire...

First time I've seen the Style 71s -- very nice!

Which models were they standard/optional on?

I like the Style 71. It reminds me of the M-Parallels.

189s FTW! Still one of the best OEM rims.

The 71's was an option for a lot of models e36, e46, e39 and e60.

So they come in many sizes and offsets:

17x7.5 ET41
17x8 ET20 and ET47
17x8.5 ET41 and ET50
18x8 ET18, ET20 and ET47
18x8.5 ET50
18x9 ET24

It's an 335i coupe. The modifications visible in the picture are

-aftermarket front lip on the bumper
-eyelids for headlights
-kidney grills from the sedan?
-blue tints on headlights and foglights
-and of course the rims
