creaky suspension with h&r sport springs? advice please.

I just had H&R sports springs only installed on my zsp e90 and its great, great handling, looks, etc but I notice the front is making creaking noises over bumps at low speeds. If I park the car and jump up and down on the door sills I can hear it clearly. I know all of my bmw's shocks creaked a little when I did that but this is more pronounced. Any idea what it might be? It drives perfectly. Can somenone bounce up and down on their car and tell me if it creaks? thanks for any advice.

You may want to take the wheel off and get a closer look at the spring. I changed both springs and shocks to H&R sport and Koni yellows myself and everything is quiet over bumps. Take the wheel off and take some pics with a good light source. Lots of people on here can tell you if everything looks OK.

As the H&R sports are shorter than the OEM springs, you may be having a bump stop problem. Have the bump stop (which is on the sleeve of the shock absorbers) trimmed a little.

The creaking went away completely after a day of the springs settling in. Im so glad.

after a bit more driving I think the oem sport shocks cant handle these springs. any reccomendation as to what shocks would work best?
